Linguaphone courses, where the delivery and sales invoice addresses are within the UK, ROI and Spain, are covered by a 21 day trial period. If at the end of this period you are not satisfied, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] to arrange the return of your course and claim a refund (less shipping fee).

Returned courses are subject to inspection. Linguaphone reserves the right to reject any returned course that is not in saleable condition.

Please note that the trial period does not apply to MP3 downloads or other online subscription services. After purchase, Digital courses may be previewed online for 21 days. Once they have been downloaded to your device they cannot be refunded.
