How do I return my course?

To return your course, simply send back the product (and any free gift) to us in good condition to receive a refund of your payment in full plus forward postage and packing.

Does the 21 day trial include the statutory cooling-off period?

No, in addition to your 21 day trial period, you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. This includes the allTalk MP4 players (available on the www.linguaphone.co.uk and www.linguaphone-ishop.com) This trial period does not apply to customers who purchased a course through our Daily Mail promotion. This trial period also does not apply to allTalk and PDQ downloads, uTalk and other online subscription services ordered through www.linguaphone-ishop.com. Once you have confirmed any order on www.linguaphone-ishop.com we will unfortunately be unable to refund your purchase.
