Delivery

We can deliver within the UK and internationally. All UK deliveries are despatched by DHL or Royal Mail and can take up to 5 working days (subject to stock availability). All overseas deliveries are despatched by UPS or local courier and can take 7 – 10 working days for delivery. Linguaphone does not accept any responsibility for charges or delays caused by international customs.

Please note that the Linguaphone Group Head Office will close on the 24th December and reopen on the 4 January 2010.    Therefore any orders made during this time will be processed w/c 4 January 2010.

Returns

Linguaphone courses, where the delivery and sales invoice addresses are within the UK, are covered by a 21 - day trial period. If at the end of this period you are not happy with the progress you have made, please contact Customer Services on +44 (0)20 8687 6010 or email us at cst@linguaphone.co.uk to arrange a collection of your course (and any free gift). In this case, the Linguaphone Group will cover the cost of the return; therefore your forward postage and packing charge will be retained.

Alternatively, please return the course by a standard postal delivery service to the address below, ensuring that you include your full name and address. We would also recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office to keep as a receipt.
